Bacon & Egg Pasta Cup



Add some veggies to your breakfast with our Bacon & Egg Pasta Cup. It’s filled with our Zucchini Noodles for extra nutritious goodness!


Servings: 6

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes


Ingredients

  • 1 container Crazy Fresh Zucchini Noodles

  • 1/2 cup bacon, crumbled

  • 9 eggs

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400º.

  • Microwave Zucchini Noodles for 60 seconds.

  • In a large bowl, whisk three eggs, then add bacon, garlic, Parmesan, noodles, salt and chili flakes. Toss until mixed.

  • In a greased muffin tin, fill 1/2 full with mixture.

  • Top each with another egg, and bake for 15 minutes.
